I’m a huge fan of the finals but I to am worried for the game. There is no reason to stick around no new content unless it’s a new season and ranked is a mess. I really do want the game to succeed but the direction it’s going and I’m uncertain of its future. I really love this game and have stuck through it thick and thin and I desperately don’t want the game to be known simply for its wasted potential.

I feel like the entry bar is extremely high, like new players don't stand a chance against sweaters that move like they're nocliping... It's insane how many times I died to someone who showed on my screen for mere sec, and I didn't had time to react properly but they mag emptied me while I didn't had time to put 5 bullets of my mag in him. that's insanely crazy. I get placed in matches that 1 light smacks all of teams and moves like nothing happened. And I sit there stunned waiting 20sec to die again... I personally hate light class playing it is disgrace to humanity you give no respect to your teammates neither to your opponents. After beta I kept saying that they gave the lights too many boost to the damage and now the only thing missing is teleport... And they fucking did...gaved them gateway Massacre... And at the end of it you get tea bagged or told to unistall... It's so unwelcoming for new players. Only thing that keeps me playing is music, destruction and feeling that you're on esports arena. But it's real hard to learn something new or cool strategies while you die to cloaking Sawed-off or mediums that took you so hard to put them on 1hp but they heal eachother out or instantly res. It gives feeling that you tried to hard for nothing. Heavys and mediums are quite balanced but putting different classes on one map is in my opinion crazy. It's like fighting with karate kid while you're big bear on mma... No wander there's weight class restrictions it's for a reason Overall game has infinite potential but they need more devs... Really

The game was cursed from the beginning. The core community of this game is coping hard all day that "This game will be big in the future!", "Embark will save us" or "Oh Frog Onesie goes brrr", but in reality it‘s an unbalanced SBMM filled sweat fest full of cheaters, hackers and trash game modes with the worst ranked decision ever. "They listen to us!", no they clearly don‘t or TA wouldn’t be a thing and Lights wouldn‘t destroy every lobby. No real promotion, no non team based mode for casuals, no new meta since the beta, filled to the brim with gimmicky weapons and ONE MAP PER SEASON while other games getting 3+ maps. It‘s an cosmetic simulator with so much unused potential, it‘s mindblowing how they f’ed this up so hard

I believe that the solution to avoid 3rd parties on cashout is to change the extraction method. Instead of extracting all the loot at the last second, it could be done progressively so that whoever is in possession still scores points

The game is done for thats a fact. The discord is also poorly managed and the community mods are not competent enough to come close to the level of intelligence needed to manage it. There is little the devs can do to save it.

I love world tour and ranking up gives me motivation to climb and see how high I can go. The issue is the manner I lose in most times in world tour is absolutely horrific at best. I can accept losing a fair game. But when me and my teammates fight 3rd, 4th, and 5th parties and survive just for a 6th party to swoop in with 5 seconds left and steal it cause we all have no health, no equipment ready to use, and are gassed it feels so fucking unfair. They need a timer where if you steal a cash out on some cheap last second shit, they need to add 30-45 seconds to the game timer so they have to actually defend it like we did half the fucking game.

To be honest, I disagree on your opinion of cashout but agree on terminal attack. They should not have made terminal attack ranked as the game mode does not fit the gameplay in the finals, while leaving cashout to have a pseudo ranking system where you're rewarded for number of matches played more than your performance per game. However, Cashout and Quick Cash both are a large appeal to the game since they aren't the same regurgitated formula every fps uses, and if the main reason you don't like cashout is because you get third partied you need to step back and understand that the finals is a very reactive game. If you anticipate a third party you should react to it rather than letting it happen, if you don't like the chaos then maybe slower pace games might suit you better. Cashout leaves tons of scenarios and strategies on the table that can be applied between all of the gadgets, destruction, and objective play and I would be disappointed if it was removed from the spotlight for something lame like team death match. Just because you have an opinion on a game mode doesn't mean its poor game design, just means you don't like it.

I am going to be honest TA is actually fun if you stop hating it bc it took cashout spot in ranked yk?.. but i dont think it should be the main focus but i think they should have extra ranked game modes like in RL and like how they have already done almost with WT and TA. That way they could add more extra ranked modes like PS bc alot of people like it (its not my gamemode) i mostly play TA and WT they are both super fun for different builds and i really like that idea yk.. well yea idk what else to say i know most people dont like where its at right now but i think people should enjoy it while they can before its too late and they change it back or something yk..

I love the finals, but I like ranked, and being forced to play terminal attack for ranked is really strange. The game isn't built for the one life COUNTERSTRIKE thene, you literally remove gadgets and abilities to do it this way......seems counter productive. Just have ranked for every game mode, that all count towards a singular ranked, rank. That's the cure, for me, at least.

Haven’t touched TA this season. Just playing world tour i’m 6,000 in the world i just wish there was a real ranked system to work towards

I personally think that power swift is the worst mode in the game, at least the players there play terribly, 4 teammates are standing on the roof when we killed the whole team, and they don’t even think about the need to move the platform. Also in this mode, my teammates often quit the game, and playing 3 vs 5 is not very fun.

extremely based video. i'm BP lvl 100 already and i don't rly want to play this game anymore, this season at least. world tour is a shitshow, lights with dashes and stun gun are annoying AF. and I'm a heavy main, so I can't use anything but hammer this season, cuz they nerfed every gun to the ground. anticheat is a joke, SBMM is even more so. Audio is still awful(worse than apex, lol, that's hard to do), and many, many more. This game is great at it's base, but the lack of good gamemodes, good anticheat, and fixes that should be in the game from release(or at least s2) is still not implemented. so yeah, I'm not surprised when I see 10k online instead of 100. Hope they will fix it, or I'll just leave eventually.

cashout is the best

Personally I login to power shift most of the time if I am solo. Its a blast. Tons of opportunities to play unconventional loadouts. Tons of movement opportunities given the moving platform. I think it shoudl stay casual but should be refined and given more love.

I skipped S2 because reasons and now back in S3. Played only 2 games in TA. Now I'm playing everything else, don't even tried TA more. It's just boring

i have one thing to say finals is NOT a ranked game it simply cannot be. play it like TF2 (both of them actually) just for the fun of it, and you'l be golden

The finals should constantly make new game mode and reviving feedback from the community and using logic should keep some that are good but then just always make new stuff
